It has introduced major equipment, including Olympus direct-readingoptical emission spectrometers, X-ray inspection rooms, ultrasonic flaw detectors, DP600plasma spray welding machines for sealed sufaces. 1800t high-pressure large-diametervalve testing machines, DN4000 CNC vertical machining centers, and machining centerswhich have rapidly improved and enhanced the company's product manufacturingcapabilities and testing standards. It now has an annual production capacily of 800, 000sets of forged steel valves.
The company was among the early ones in the industry to obtain the three-systemcertifications (quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety managementsystems), as well as special equipment production licenses at levels A1, A2, and B(covering qate valves, qlobe valves, check valves, control valves, ball valves, butterflyvalves, ultra-low temperature valves, etc. ), API certification, EU CE certification, andvarious other qualification certificates. The company possesses modern testing methods, including mechanical performance, spectroscopy, metallography, PT, UT, RT, MT, andothers.
